I have a smokers cough and constantly coughing with a foul tasting phlegm in my mouth. I am trying to stop smoking but find it really hard. I need to stop smoking but with the stress of the economy today then this seems to be on the back burner for now. I hope and wish you can get over your chest/lung infection and just hope mine and yours get worse. I have only myself to blame if this happens as i am a wimp when it comes to quitting anything. Love you loads and hope you beat your infections.

I'm a smoker too Tori but when the mucus is as you describe it's time to get it checked,you may need an anti-biotic or even a short course of steroids.
