Day 23: Julian after Julie

When the alarm went off on the penultimate day in the House, Julian pulled the covers over his head.

With Julie’s spot in the bed cooling, which housemates will step up to help Julian wile away  the remaining two days in the House?

The ‘Queen’ of the Rovers Return has been on everyone’s lips with Coleen lamenting the fact the pair never got on and Martin worrying how she dealt with the boos. Julian has acknowledged that she was a big personality in the place. The absent Prince has yet to cause comment.

But back to Julian. He made his feeling for Harvey very clear on Day 22 after the rapper mooned the bedroom so those two are unlikely to share a moment.

The Occasional Table or The Situation as we know him earned Jules’ scorn from the start and he nominated him during the first and fourth set of nominations for his womanising banter.

Fellow smoker Coleen will certainly occupy plenty of his time but her keenness to make excuses for HAM’s (Harvey, Ashley and Mikey) bad behaviour got Julian’s back up.

Ashley has put Mr Clary through his paces during a series of garden workout sessions, another few could kill a few hours.

That leaves Martin. The two are a similar age but have failed to bond with each nominating the other in the last round of noms. Will they finally find some common ground?

We’ll be keeping an eye on him. If all else fails, he could always compose another story.

Morning all

Thanks for the updates velvet, erin and MrsH

Oooh ouch your rib velvet, take it easy

I fell asleep, missed the eviction show   I`ll watch it today.

What a morning. l locked myself in, hunted for nearly 2 hours, found the keys in the washing basket.   Opened the fridge door and out poured a waterfall of fizzy juice (didn`t screw the top on properly) soaked ma new slippers. It took me forever to clean it all up. Sticky everywhere!

Hope you`ve all had a better morning than me.

Scotty

Hi Scotty and all

I had a similar fridge crisis very late last night with some rhubarb in a dish. I'd cooked some rhubarb in honey and elderflower. There was lots of gorgeous juices.

Not anymore - it tipped and the inside of my fridge and utility room floor ended in a horrid sticky mess - thank god it didn't go all over my feet like you.

Disaster!  I`ve mopped the floor twice and it`s still sticky. I`m leaving it, I`ve had enough for one morning, thank you.

Day 23: The sockball shootout shout out

Unlike our last batch of regular housemates, the celebrity ones have been much less keen to make their own entertainment. They much prefer to sit around waiting for Big Brother to entertain them instead.

With Big Brother refusing to give the guys a game to play they have managed to make their own entertainment in the form of sockball – a penalty shootout style game using a rolled up sock rather than the traditional football.

After watching Ashley and Harvey have a very competitive three matches Coleen and Julian took up the challenge.

Harvey showed Julian how to kick a ball and Coleen skipped about unsuitably dressed for sport in a maxi dress.

The MC told Coleen she was, "not bad for a woman" before dubbing the whole session Big Brother garden OAP championships, which annoyed her more.

Martin who has been hunting for the broom since he got out of bed, looked on, complementing Harvey on his shorts rather than his technique.

Julian admitted the whole episode had got his heart rate going as her emerged the victor with a 3-2 win.

Housemates are currently tucking into their lunch. With a whole afternoon ahead of them, we can't wait to see what they come up with next.

Day 23: Big Brother's big boy boredom

One of the biggest moans in the Big Brother House is that of boredom. When BB isn't treating them to a party, or putting their wits to the test in a fiendish task, it's up to the housemates to make their own fun.

Earlier today, we saw Ashley and Harvey reprise their new favourite game, sockball, but even that didn't keep them entertained for too long, and they soon returned to those Big Brother favourites: sitting, and chatting. Harvey wandered off to chat to Big Brother while Ashley soaked up some rays and some Martin Kemp wisdom.

Going back to the very beginning, Martin commented to Ashley "remember in the beginning, you said it'd be boring if we all got on...and then BOOM!" as a tumbleweed rolled on by...

Ashley had to agree that the beginning had been somewhat exciting, but we got the feeling that as they sat in silence, they might be regretting the departure of some of the House's bigger characters.

"The hardest thing is the boredom," opined Martin, to which Ashley said "yeah there's nothing to do" and then Martin described the House as being a bit like, well, a prison.

Now, hold up, Kempy! This ain't a prison, or the Hotel California! You are allowed to leave! Silly Martin.

MC Harvey [Celebrity Big Brother 2012)

MC Harvey was given a warning by Big Brother last night after ‘flashing’ fellow CBB housemate Coleen Nolan!

Harvey’s drunken antics during a party thrown by Big Brother on Tuesday night  caused a huge row in the house.

The 33-year-old rapper dropped his pants in front of Coleen in the bedroom  for a prank, saying it was “just banter”.

But the other housemates weren’t pleased, and Big Brother warned Harvey that  his actions could been seen as “offensive and inappropriate”

The footage was cut from last night’s latest highlights show.

Julie moaned: “Big Brother was very angry with him because he went too  far.”

While comedian Julian added: “It wasn’t just disrespectful to Coleen but  everyone.”

Meanhile Martin confronted Harvey: “It was disrespectful what you did.

“There is ‘banter’ and then there is getting your arse out and opening your  cheeks and showing it all to Coleen.

“Maybe it seemed funny at the time because everyone had had a drink but you  crossed the line.”

He added: “Whether Coleen is your mate or not, you went from respect to  disrespect towards a woman.

“This is the sort of thing you do as boys at football but not to a  woman.”

However a defiant Harvey insisted he had done nothing wrong.

“I know my boundaries with everyone in here,” he said. “I would never have  done that to you or Julie or Julian but Coleen is a friend.

“Some of these people who have complained about me I have no respect for  because they are hypocrites.

“They can’t tell me what to do.”

He continued: “Julian makes jokes about bums and has put his hand down  Coleen’s dress.

“Maybe I find that offensive.”

A Big Brother spokesman told the Daily Star today: “Harvey was  called into the Diary Room and told his behaviour could be seen as  inappropriate
