Julie has been evicted from Celebrity Big Brother!

Julie Goodyear, blonde bombshell and Corrie legend, has been evicted from the Big Brother House.

Losing out in the public vote on the night of a double eviction, the woman who filled the role of Bet Lynch for decades in one of the UK's favourite soaps paid the price for what a large percentage of the public found to be dubious behaviour.

Julie was game for all the tasks presented to her, whether it was dressing as Aphrodite and pelting her fellow housemates with mud, presenting news bulletins or spending hours pedalling a pedalo with her best pal, Julian. In fact, her friendship with Julian was a highlight of the whole series. The two were thick as thieves since Day One and their genuine affection for one another cheered many viewers as their friendship developed.

But it was other, slightly less sincere alliances that bothered those who were keen to have the grand soap dame ejected from the House. In the opening days, Julie was more kind than she needed to be with Jasmine, understandably disassociating herself behind Miss Lennard's back. But when she tried the same trick with the Prince and, earlier on, Danica, the public took it to be too two-faced for their tastes. The crowd booed her, her housemates nominated her and the rest is history.

But that's not how we want to remember Julie. We'll look back on her time in Celebrity Big Brother as one filled with hilarity. The way she munched a cherub's banana will stay in the history books forever, but her ability to socialise with others less than half her age on their terms was a sight to behold – as was her wry, dry and slightly wicked wit. A housemate to remember, that's for sure.

Day 22: Julie – get it, got it, gone

Another evictee bites the dust, but this evictee is like no other when it comes to flaunting leopard-print and pouring pints at the Rover’s Return. Julie Goodyear, ladies and gentleman, do you get it? She got it and now she’s gone.
Surprisingly, given the drama that followed on the heels of getting nominated, the first lady of soap succumbed to the news that she would be leaving the House with grace and cheer. Maybe it was the prospect of seeing those sexy bouncers again...
Despite the mixed feelings she’s stirred up in her housemates of late, the goodbyes were sweet. Her best pal Julian escorted her until he could escort no more. His affectionate face will be the last memory she has of the House. A good new friend of a near identical name is not a bad legacy. Julie Goodyear, let’s give you a good cheer.

CBB_DAY 12_PRINCE LORENZO AFTER FINDING OUT HE HAS BEEN NOMINATED

Evicted Celebrity Big Brother housemate Prince Lorenzo has confessed he had  feelings for Danica Thrall in the house.

Prince Lorenzo was the first out in tonight’s Celebrity Big Brother eviction results, which saw both him  and Julie Goodyear leave.

Speaking to Brian Dowling after his exit to huge cheers, the Prince said: β€œI  thought I would get booed, so thank you everybody!

β€œMartin and Julie are great people… Truthfully I’m not disappointed, I didn’t  come here to win, I came here to have a good time and to make sure I didn’t lose  my mind in the house and made it through.”

Watching back his nominations from Julie, Julian and Ashley, Prince Lorenzo  remarked: β€œThat’s what I expected. Regarding Harvey, he should say the same  thing about Mike. I wasn’t trying to date Danica, I was just trying to  compliment her.

β€œJulian is a great guy, but he’s very quiet. He doesn’t like to open up a  lot.”

On Julie, Prince said: β€œI don’t want to talk badly about anyone but Julie  wants to win really badly, but I think there’s more genuine characters in there.  I think when I first nominated her, she was surprised that this is a game. It’s  about who you get a long with and who’s true, and at times she wasn’t. She’s  100% playing a game.”

Discussing Danica, the Prince admitted: β€œI had a feelings for Danica, she was  a great girl. I was attracted to her and I really loved her personality.

β€œYes, I could fall in love with a girl like Danica. I had fun flirting with  Danica, there was nothing in the house to do and I don’t think she did anything  wrong.”

Finally, Prince backed Ashley to win the show.

MODEL Jasmine Lennard has vowed to sue CBB rival Rhian Sugden over saucy starkers snaps which she claims were nicked from her computer.

The 27-year-old, left, called  police yesterday when her former housemate, right, tweeted an intimate nude pic of her.

Simon Cowell’s ex has drafted in Tulisa Contostavlos’s lawyer to track down the β€œthieves”.

Jasmine revealed: β€œOnly two people had this photo – my agent and I.

β€œIt was from a set I did in Los Angeles recently with a photo-grapher whom I trust completely and felt comfortable enough to pose naked with.

β€œThey’re not porn or anything. They’re a beautiful set. I am not embarrassed or asham-ed of them. But they are my property. I never gave permission for them to be released.”

She said Rhian, 25, and her pals had released the photos as revenge after she branded them β€œskanks”.

Jasmine first spotted the pics on 21-year-old Page 3 girl Kelly Hall’s account, but has no idea who stole them.

The fiery bisexual added: β€œI’ve called the police now. And I have contacted Jonathan Coad, the lawyer who looked after  Tulisa’s sex tape case.

β€œThis is theft. I am now thinking my computer has been hacked or someone got access to it.”

Jasmine was the first housemate voted out after a showdown with Rhian over football ace Cristiano Ronaldo, 27.

Day 22 round-up

Day 22, the double eviction day, dawned under the cloud of Harvey’s behind. His late night, moon-shaped antics with pals Ashley and The Situation (or HAM as we like to call them) had riled up the usually mild-mannered Martin. Fellow elder Julie agreed with him over breakfast that a line had been crossed.

It fell to Coleen to go trotting out into the garden to inform Harvey of the feathers he had ruffled and the So Solid rapper not being one to hold his peace, he had a bit of a rant. Whether it was this sense of righteous indignation that fuelled Harvey’s shopping-list sabotage we can only guess but something possessed him to swap some cigarettes for the dry-cleaning of a suit jacket.

Julie got contemplative about her time in the House and then a maritime task turned up to channel everyone’s energy into the positive act of building boats. Hello Sailor saw Julian and Harvey leading their teams to victory and defeat respectively. Julian’s team reward was time with top hair-stylists.

The shopping arrived and Harvey’s sabotage was discovered. Julian was fuming, in that quiet but purposeful way of his. Harvey was worried but luckily for him the double eviction rolled around to pull focus. The sixth housemate to leave the Celebrity Big Brother House was Lorenzo. He took it with characteristic grace and even launched some wisecracks for our amusement.

After a short interlude it was time for the seventh eviction. The nan was slammed and Julie left wearing the same fetching attire with which she made her entrance three weeks ago.Get it, got it, good! We enjoyed her resolute presence in the face of a not entirely complimentary crowd and she impressed the Bit on the Side audience with the same inimitable style.

Back in the House the six finalists toasted their success and we opened the voting so that you can vote for your favourite. There’s less than two days to go now so think hard about whether it’s Ashley, Harvey, Julian, Martin, The Situation or Coleen you want to see with the Celebrity Big Brother crown. And once you've made up your mind, here's how you cast your vote.

8.00am: Morning all! We have a mere 6 HMs snoozing merrily away. Except Julian, who is awake and looks sad.

8.28am: Still snoozing away. Julian has burrowed under the duvet, but we assume he still looks sad.

8.43am: There are a few wrigglers but no one is getting up yet.

8.59am: The snoring seems to be getting louder

9.15pm: Housemates are still sleeping away their second to last day in the House.

9.36am: Julian is sleeping like a baby. Ever so cute

9.49am: The Situation is awake and has his hood up.

The final six await their fate after Lorenzo and Julie leave the House

Hey guys, we know you're upset about Julie and Lorenzo, but Celebrity Big Brother doesn’t wait for mortal emotions to catch up. It’s time to move on because the voting is now open for the final.

The final is in two short days (how did that happen?!) and instead of voting to save, you can now vote for your favourite celebrity housemate to win the whole series.

You can get all the info you need to do so here and we recommend you do it now. As in any democracy, an election's fairness depends on mass involvement!
