Had to turn pc off because of overhead storm. I've a feeling Danica will go tonight, along with Sam. The Nolan and Loose Women fans will vote for her, her DR crying last night could bring some votes from those who don't like Julie, and her task of questioning Sam will probably also bring some votes her way. Would be great if I'm wrong though

Danica has been evicted from Celebrity Big Brother!

Hers was the face and body that launched a thousand Sitch dramas but now Danica has been evicted, leaving a calmer, less glamorous House in her shapely wake.

With a celebrity status hinged on the show Sex, Lies & Rinsing Guys, Danica entered the House hoping to remould her image, but thanks to Big Brother exposing her claim to fame during the Moment of Truth task rather than escaping this identity, its controversial ripples begun early and never stopped spreading.

The Situation developed a crush on Danica that started playful but – boyfriend or no boyfriend - intensified as time wore on. The pair debated their status until fiery words came bubbling out. Their bedroom barney, in which he dubbed her 'fake' and she branded him 'jealous', was the most dramatic moment of the run, not least because every single housemate has at some point held an opinion on their no-mance. Our opinion was that the glamazonian showed impressive nerve in a difficult situation.

The pair parted on better terms and now we would even dare to call them friends. Harvey also dumped his grudge with Dan and offered her a whole heap of careers advice which, you never know, she may take.

Of course, there was another person attached emotionally and physically to Danica. During the Trial of Sacrifice task, Zeus (AKA Martin Kemp) decided that Danica should be tethered to Prince Lorenzo. It was a tricksy move considering that the royal had slowly come to replace The Situation as Danica's flirt-buddy of choice. It seems even millions of dollars and a princely demeanour is no defence against the considerable charms of our memorable model – you could say that Lorenzo (like many before him) had become en-Thralled.

But it won't just be certain House males who will feel the loss of Danica. She was a best buddy to Rhian from the outset, comforting the gorgeous blonde after tongue-lashings from Jasmine and generally boosting up a person battling the same preconceptions. She also found a domestic role for herself as House beautician; there was no job too small, from foot-exfoliating to toe nail painting.

She’s had a tough time of it – from being name-called by Jasmine to receiving uncomplimentary gossip from uncalled for corners, but Danica has left the House as one of the stronger characters. Goodbye to the dignified dame from Derby - we definitely got our money’s worth

Samantha has been evicted from Celebrity Big Brother!

Facing eviction twice in one week saddened our journo, but Samantha Brick handled herself with dignity after her second time in the spotlight.

She surprised many people with her placid manner but no one was more shocked than Samantha by her nomination. Having cooked and cleaned for our celebs she couldn’t understand who would have wanted to nominate her. Unfortunately pretty lady, that is the nature of Big Brother.

Famed for penning a series of controversial stories, our beautiful writer has proved herself to be anything but contentious, taking on a motherly role in the House.  In fact she has appeared so caring, her catch phrase could be, "You ok?"

She may have accepted a serving role but Prince Lorenzo identified her pedigree, making her his Princess during the Prince Charming task, despite the best efforts of Jasmine to win his hand.

She took Ashley under her wing early on and has offered plenty of support and encouragement to the young judo champ. Harvey showed himself to be a fellow Sam fan and the pair have both told her how they have enjoyed having her as a housemate because they feel she has been herself.

One housemate who verbalised their dislike of, in the Eastender’s own words, "the most beautiful woman in the world," was Cheryl. The one time Walford washer-woman made a biting remark (out of Sam's earshot) during a discussion between housemates about which of their talents they could share with each other, snapping, "I want to do bit of journalism but there’s no one in here can do that." Just in case no one could unravel her subtle snipe, she explained that she didn’t like our beautiful housemate’s writing. Meow. Other housemates including Coleen and Julie were unnerved by her niceness.

Housemates have discussed how they expected her to be vain but she proved them wrong when she dressed in a bald wig and warts during the Gods and Mortals task. She fared even better later in the task scoring elevation to godlike status by stealing housemates prized possessions as part of a secret mission. This also showed housemates she could do nasty as well as nice.

Sam has soaked up housemates rants often giving little away but as the days ticked by she found it harder to holder her tongue and let slip some of her observations without appearing to be bearing malice.

Samantha you behaved beautifully in the big Brother House and will definitely be missed in the kitchen. We wish you a fabulous future on the other side.

Day 17: Coleen and Danica await their fate

Samantha Brick has now left the House and is being interviewed by Brian as we write this, but what about Coleen and Danica? They've still got a few nail-biting minutes before they'll find out if they're in or out.

We're not sure how they're managing to pull this off, but they're actually looking fairly relaxed sat side-by-side on the sofa as their fellow housemates cluck round digesting the chants they heard from the crowd (Julie in particular looks a bit unnerved). In fact, they're currently discussing C5 sister show The Bachelor. Hmmm, soon enough one of them will be able to get home and watch telly to their heart's content... Stay tuned!

Day 17: A double eviction - the house reacts

They've only just exited through those sliding doors, but Samantha and Danica have left a House in some disarray. While the remaining housemates (including Coleen who was saved by the public vote) amble around, slightly confused, some of them still fear there's more to come this evening from BB.
For the most-part though, they're simply in a bit of a daze. Martin led the tributes to the departed pair immediately after Danica – the second to leave tonight – made her exit. "She's a battler," he said, admiring the way in which she stood her ground in the House. Hardly Danica's biggest fan, Ashley had some kind words too. "They both had fans and they're both really nice ladies," he added.
The Situation kept his silence, staring into space as he tried to figure out all that had happened. Harvey took a moment in the bedroom, gathering his thoughts, while Julie wandered around talking to everyone in turn, looking slightly lost.
Two down and only eight to go. The game's on!

Julie Goodyear [Celebrity Big Brother 2012)

Julie Goodyear has admitted to feeling “sick” after hearing boos for her name  in tonight’s Celebrity Big Brother 2012 eviction.

Samantha Brick was the first to leave while Danica Thrall followed as Brian  Dowling revealed the latest Celebrity Big Brother 2012 eviction results.

During announcing the results, the housemates were able to hear noise from  the crowd, including boos and chants of ‘Get Julie Out’.

Back in the house, Julie reacted: “I feel sick.”

Coleen meanwhile was feeling overwhelmed after being the sole survivor of  this evening’s double eviction.

“Danica was a great housemate,” said told the other housemates. “I feel bad  that Danica’s gone, but I want to take my shoes off and jump up and down on the  couch.”

And the Loose Women star did exactly that, much to Julie’s horror.

Chatting to The Situation after both Sam and Danica had been given the boot,  Julie admitted: “I never expected this.”

The final nominations are sure to be interesting!

Me too, and with 6 men there'll be a lot of that  Can't see how I'll find the show interesting after tomorrow - when they show today's hl's before evicting 2 more women. If at last Coleen sticks to what she's said a couple of times about speaking up then that could be interesting, if not I can't see how it will hold my interest
