On tonight's show: Thursday 30 August

There's so much to pack into tonight's show it's bursting at its metaphorical seams and threatening to explode right into your living room. Here are a few of the highlights...

Julie accuses Lorenzo of having lost his balls, also adding that she thinks Coleen is two-faced. Erm, is that the sound of the pot calling the kettle a colour that isn't white? She's not the only one throwing around these kind of claims though – Martin also reckons there's some double-crossing in the House, pointing the finger towards the original accuser, Julie. Whatever the case, it seems like the House has more faces than the number of residents.

Meanwhile, it's also our last chance to see Rhian in Elstree. She kicks off the show by declaring she's ready leave. It's almost like she glimpsed into the future, saw her fate and came to terms with it. Were you surprised to see her go? Some of the other housemates were – get a load of what they said the moment the glamour stepped out the door.

Another thing that someone might have also possibly foreseen without the aid of a crystal ball was a squabble over the weekly shopping list. Yep, in tonight's show you'll be able to see the old obligatory BB food vs cigs disagreement.

Talking of harsh words, it also face-to-face noms time! On that note, nom-nom-nom – get your dinner down you and prepare to tune in to C5.

Day 16: Coleen vs Julie vs Samantha

It's fair to say that there's no love lost between the older ladies of the House – Julie, Samantha and Coleen, who have spent the last few days constantly jibing about each other

when not in earshot. And, as you would expect, they cemented their feelings for each other during yesterday's face-to-face nominations.

To paraphrase, Samantha accused Coleen of not being 'supportive' during her eviction ordeal, Coleen retaliated by stating that herself and the journalist were 'very different' and Julie rounded it off by saying she had seen the Nolan girl saying some very unpleasant things during the Gods and Mortals task. So, as you can see, some very damning reviews all around.

But ladies, ladies, ladies – whatever happened to sisterhood? And what we want to know is - where did it all go wrong?

We tried to pinpoint the moment the females stopped having each other's back, and it seems to be a mixture of the Gods and Mortals task, with added preconceived ideas before coming into the House. The latter is certainly true for Coleen and Julie, as quite early on the loose woman admitted she couldn't quite work out the Corrie actress, saying friends on the outside had warned her of Goodyear's temperamental behaviour.

And Julie hasn't exactly welcomed Coleen with opening arms either – maybe it's a case of the former picking up on bad vibes or maybe it's just a clash of two strong personalities. Either way, she was quick to jump on Coleen's so-called meddling bandwagon; spreading to all who would hear that she wasn't to be trusted.

There are similar feelings from Sam, who was also 'shocked' to see Coleen's behaviour from the comfort of Mount Olympus. Since then, she's teamed up with Julie in berating the Nolan sister, which seems to have caused a divide between the females of House – with Coleen choosing to spend most of her time with Danica.

Things came to a head in the garden last night when Coleen confided to Julian that she doesn't like this atmosphere between the two groups, saying that during the Spandex Ballet task, Samantha had asked Coleen to move down a seat so she could sit with Julie.

"I didn't like that," Coleen noted, "I didn't like that behaviour in school and I don't like that now."

We noted earlier that the females of the House are being picked off one by one – and with two certainly going this evening, we can't help but hope that they put their difference aside in the final furlong of the series.

If the Spice Girls can reunite, then there's hope for our female housemates yet.
