Day 15: Tears and tantrums at dusk

There's been tears and tantrums at dawn – or rather at dusk, as the housemates react to this evening's face-to-face nominations. On Celebrity Big Brother's Bit On The Side, Emma Willis exclusively revealed that Coleen, Danica and Samantha will face the public this vote this Friday. Everyone has been left feeling a bit raw after tonight's nombomb...

Nominee Danica was first to shed a tear, upset over the fact that her close 'friend', The Situation, had nominated her. There was a long emotional episode as the glamour model stressed the fact that she would never, ever do that to him – making him feel very shady about his decision indeed. We think the phrase 'rabbit caught in a headlight' best describes his reaction to her outburst.

And if  that wasn't enough for Danica to contend with, she also battled with 'bros' Harvey and Ashley, telling them that they had become a gang and stating that she feels cut off from them after the whole 'love triangle' scenario. After a teary heart-to-heart, Danica and the boys managed to patch things up –on the surface at least, sealing the deal with a big hug.

However, the conversation also managed to spark a heated 'discussion' between Lorenzo and Harvey, after the Prince confronted the rapper about his nomination reasons. The exchange quickly spiralled into Harvey accusing the bachelor of breaking the 'moral man code', saying that he had stepped on The Situation's turf by flirting with Danica – which, in his eyes, really wasn't on. A confused Lorenzo argued, quite rightly, that Danica has a boyfriend, so none of this matters – a fact that everyone seems to be forgetting.

Post-nominations, Coleen tried to pretend that she was fine with being put up for eviction for the second time – but it didn't last long. She dealt with the situation in the only way she can, retreating to the Diary Room to have a good blub with Big Brother.

As the housemates retreat to bed, it's fair to say that the mood in the House is a bit glum. And they only have two days to deal with the newest nomination blow before another housemates will be leaving the House on Friday. Well, no one said it was going to be easy...

Day 15: Round-up

The housemates started off the traditionally stressful eviction day by warding off bad vibes with a yoga session led by Samantha. With a more chilled and open mood in the House, Martin opened up to Danica about why the Gods shackled her to Lorenzo in the Gods and Mortals task, and talk soon switched to the very down to earth topic of shopping.

Of course, the shopping list is widely understood as a bone of contention for Big Brother housemates, and our celebs are no different. The smokers, as ever, wanted the shopping list to be a bit more nicotine-heavy, but the non-smokers (who are in the minority) werefocusing on, well, food

With the shopping list woes put to bed, talk soon turned to the evening's eviction, with Julianpledging his support for the misunderstood glamour girls, Danica and Rhian.

Coleen had a little task today, to take jolly good care of the lonely gnome, Norman. Martin and Harvey had a secret task, though, to steal Norman! Their success meant Coleen Nolan became Coleen Gnome-lan, and posed by the pool with her fishing rod as punishment for letting Norman go.

Gnomes out of the way, it was time to get ready for the eviction, and Samantha was feeling very nervous about her first time facing the public vote. Her nerves were run even more ragged when it was announced that Danica and The Situation were safe, leaving her and Rhian up for eviction.

In the battle of the blondes, Rhian lost, becoming the third housemate to be evicted, and her reaction was pretty cheerful. The other housemates were surprised to see her go, and we're sure they'll miss her. Danica was initially sad to have heard the crowd boo her, but Prince Charming soon cheered her up.

Of course, sometimes Big Brother likes to mix it up, and soon after Rhian's exit, our housemates were told that they would be doing face-to-face nominations yet again. Reactions to the nominations were as emotional as can be expected, with Danica getting very upset that she'll be facing the public vote yet again.

When the shock of face-to-face nominations had passed, the housemates broke off into groups to have a long night of chit chat about the day they'd just had. If the nominations rocked their world, imagine how they'll feel when they find out Friday's eviction is a double one. Eek!

Celebrity Big Brother 2012: Tears over nominations from Danica and Coleen!

danica crying 1

There’s been tears in the Celebrity Big Brother 2012 house overnight, following the fallout from the latest nominations.

Ten stars remained in the house after the latest Celebrity Big Brother eviction results saw Rhian poll the fewest votes against Danica, The Situation and Samantha.

But the group had no chance to relax, as they were asked to nominate in front of one another straight away.

The nomination results saw three go up for the chop, with Danica, Samantha and Coleen receiving the most vote.

Danica was the first to weep, and it’s understandable after she was nominated by The Situation despite the pair making up yesterday.

Danica was quick to the Diary Room to bitch about the US reality star, moaning that she wouldn’t have betrayed him like that.

The model also took shots at Harvey and Ashley for ganging up on her over the situation with The Situation.

Prince Lorenzo also ended up getting involved, supporting Danica and questioning Harvey about his nominations.

Harvey – of all people – accused the Prince of breaking ‘moral man code’.

Meanwhile Coleen was also in tears in the Diary Room after being put up for the chop for the second time.

It’s going to be a dramatic set of highlights two!

Day 16: The post-nomination blues

If the House could talk it would say 'and what?', then it would add, 'allow this' – yes, the House mood, in our minds, speaks like a North London rude boy. The point is that with face-to-face nominations following swiftly on the heels of last night's eviction no one can be bothered to act like they give a damn.

Coleen Nolan - she of the innocent face and family-friendly persona exemplified this mood perfectly. Slumping on the outside sofas, she announced:

"I'm going to smoke fags in my pyjamas looking like s**t. I'm going to enjoy every f**king moment."

She's been as good as her word so far, the first part anyhow, unless her enjoyment hides beneath a sulky manner. It's the second time that she – like Danica and Sam – has been up for eviction but unlike these two, she at least got to catch a breath between being nominated.

Danica is somewhat recovered from her waterworks last night. This is partially down to the fact of a baffling night-time visitor. Last night she dreamed about guinea pigs, for the fourth time.

She came blinking out of a gym session reciting this news in an amazed voice.

Her newly reconciled pal, The Situation was happy to offer his insight,

"It could be a hidden subliminal message," he pondered

"I know but what?"

"It could be sexual"

We doubt this very much but thanks for your contribution anyway, Mike.

Aside from rising with the larks to have a long whispered chat with Julie, Sam has kept a very low profile, trotting around like a sad puppy. This gloomy weather is not helping to lift the housemates out of their rut so let's hope BB has something up the ol' sleeve, a firecracker or maybe a guinea pig...
