Day 21: You are cordially invited to the Celebrity Big Brother Public Choice Awards

Movie awards season isn't for another few months, but Big Brother put on a special awards ceremony just for the housemates today, handing out gongs as decided by the great British public. Yep, over 5,000 people voted in our poll, giving out some lovely (and not so lovely) honours to the housemates.

We've thoughtfully made some fabby videos of the ceremony, so you can watch as the housemates find out who you think is Biggest Villain, Funniest Housemate, Sexiest Housemate, Most Entertaining Housemate, Biggest Game Player and the Biggest Flirt

There's also an award for Most Dramatic Moment. There have been so many! Which one won?!

Day 21 round up: Battle of the bands and battleaxes

Carol did some very coherent sleep-talking in the middle of the night, when Day 21 was still a baby. It's no surprise that this was a major talking-point as the sun began to rise over Borehamwood.

Whether it was her dream-self doing the nattering or not, Carol was sent to CBB prison for her bedtime indiscretion. A jailtime stint whether she was oblivious or otherwise. In the meantime, Vicky made it clear that she wasn't too happy to be sharing the bungalow with the Loose Woman. If only there was a task to distract from this ferocious battle of wills.

Hang on – there was! Battle Of The Bands was a good old laugh, with housemates split into two groups and made to compose their own tunes and dance routines for Big Brother's satisfaction. They also dressed themselves up a treat – Louie's stocking headgear being a real stand out. Abz headed up one team and Louie the other.

After than madness and a spot of baking, time to remember an eviction was winging its way towards us. Outfits on, housemates.

It was a double affair and, in electric pink, Courtney was the first to totter out. In no time at all it was Louie's turn to walk â€“ and this was an exit that shocked the remaining six.

Every one of that remaining six is a finalist and Big Brother implored them to raise a toast, before treating them to an awards ceremony with the gongs awarded by you, the public. A fitting end to an emotional day – and now there are only two days left. Everybody ready for the final strait?

Tonight on Celebrity Big Brother's Bit On The Side: Thursday September 12th

Close your eyes and imagine a magic world full of unicorns and rivers of honey and top banter from people like television's Matt Johnson, Tom Fletcher from McFly and Diane Youdale who used to be more commonly known as Jet from Gladiators. She's left the leotard behind and will be flexing her life coaching muscle.

Now open your eyes and go absolutely bonkers because apart from the unicorns and the weird honey rivers all of the above is happening in a very real sense on tonight's Bit On The Side.

Last night's evictees, Louie and Courtney, will also be popping in for another post mortem, and chest thumping noises will be provided by the Fulham Brass Band.

Join Emma and the rest later...

You now have permission to punch the air.

Day 22: The Last Supper

As it's the celebrities penultimate night in the House (sob), Big Brother has decided to throw a lavish gourmet dinner this evening to celebrate their glorious time on CBB.

During the meal, each housemate will be prompted to make a toast to give them an opportunity to reflect on their time in on CBB. The topics of conversation will go a little something like this;

Charlotte: What has the living in the Big Brother house taught you?

Abz: Who in your eyes is the most deserving winner?

Vicky: Have you made any real friends in the house?

Lauren: What has been your toughest thing about living in the house and how did you overcome it?

Mario: Who has been your best friend in the house?

Carol: What will you take away from your Big Brother experience?

Following the toasts, Big Brother will round off the evening with a slide show commemorating the past 21 days. It's going to be totes emosh, so make sure you've got your hankies at the ready!

Day 22: Housemates raise a toast

Big Brother laid on a lovely penultimate evening for our celebrity housemates tonight. Our finalists celebrated making it to the end of all 23 days in style with a slap up feed and plenty of bubbles – followed by a slideshow of all the high and low points of the past three weeks.

Each housemate raised a toast after they'd stuffed their faces. Charlotte remarked that "all that matters is love and friendship and stuff". Abz told the crew he loved them all unconditionally. Vicky said that she'd made some real friends in the House and Lauren got a little teary-eyed as she told her new pals they're all "wonderful". Mario looked genuinely touched as he said that every housemate has helped him through the process and then Carol took to the floor. Her speech listed her top moments and was quite a moving affair.

They'll go to bed full, merry and hopefully in good spirits. Perfect prep for tomorrow night's final. We can't wait – but we also don't want it to be over...
