Day 14: The Pull Your Weight task

There's a battle of the sexes at the centre of Big Brother's latest task. Housemates will be challenged to prove their strength and fitness and only the strongest will survive.
Three events will determine the tougher gender as they go head to head in the Muscle Arena.
Bruce and Vicky will be balancing protein shakes provided by the task sponsors Maximuscle, Lauren and Mario will punch their way out of a paper bag against the clock and Dustin and Charlotte will be getting involved with a Maximuscle tricep dip bar.
There will be gunge!
The team that takes the most victories will be crowned champion. Let the games begin.
2.51pm: Louie has been called to the Diary Room - does this mean the task is about to start? Hope so
2.55pm: Ooh, this boys v girls classic is looking to be a good un - we can see the task props set out from our partner
3.15pm: The housemates are getting ready to flex their muscles. Will the boys or the girls be victorious?
3.27pm: Bruce and Vicky are all shook up - they're balancing trays of protein shakes standing on a vibrating platforms
3.41pm: Now Mario and Lauren are attempting to punch their way out of paper bags
3.53pm: Charlotte and Dustin are going head to head and this time they're in the press up position.
4.02pm: It's all over! We'll be posting a video of all the action soon.

Day 14: Who's the best â the girls or the boys?

The battle of the sexes was hotly fought in the garden during the Pull Your Weight task.
First up Bruce and Vicky battled it out with trays of protein milkshakes while attempting to balance on vibrating platforms. Vicky showed herself better at holding her drinks beat Bruce who dropped quite a few on the floor.
Next up Lauren and Mario attempted to fight their way out of a paper bag. Mario proved he had the brawn and made light work of the challenge. This wasn't Lauren's finest hour - she had to be helped out of her bag by Sophie.
This meant it was neck and neck with everything to play for.
The final challenge was a test of stamina as well a strength and there was gunge involed. Dusting and Charlotte assumed the press up position and competed to see who could hold it the longest.
Much to the chaps' surprise, it was Dustin who dropped first, earning himself a dunk in the gunge. Not to be outdone, a victorious Charlotte threw herself in afterwards.
That meant the girls were the winners and having proved themselves better than the boys they are not waiting for a tasty treat from Big Brother.

4.45pm: Bruce, Abz and Vicky are having a snout in the glorious sunshine
5.01pm: Sophie's casting her eye over a selection of potential eviction dresses, all of them delightful.
5.15pm: Lauren's in the bath. She's currently lathering her knees with soap - a very important part of the bathing process.
5.30pm: Abz reassures Lauren. "You're a treat. A joy to watch. You've got no worries. You've been so brave and you got my vote"
5:39pm: An assortment of fast food has been delivered to the HMs.
"I'm BUZZIN'!" declares Charlotte.
Double eviction this Friday!
This Friday will see two housemates get the boot in a double eviction on Celebrity Big Brother 2013.
Bosses confirmed this afternoon that Friday will see the first double exit of the series, as housemates are whittled down ahead of the final.
Tonight, one of Sophie Anderton, Bruce Jones, Lauren Harries, Louie Spence and Courtney Stodden will be axed.
The result of the latest eviction will be revealed by host Emma Willis in the latest live show from 9PM, before another twist sees housemates nominate again.
The three or more housemates with the most votes will get put up for the latest public vote and in Fridayâs show two of them will get cut.
Looking ahead to tonightâs eviction, and Sophie is the bookiesâ favourite to leave, with Corrie star Bruce next in the betting.
Also in tonightâs show, Carol McGiffin will return to the house.
Currently, the housemates believe that Carol has been evicted after a twist in this weekâs shopping task.
In fact, sheâs hiding in the life of luxury in the room next door.

Reading back I see there's not too many vids, the team are obviously busy with other things I need to sort out one of the bedrooms, when CBB is over I'll get round to it

Vicky is doing Bruce's luggage logistics on his behalf.

You voted and had your say, and now Lauren Harries has been saved to fight for Big Brother survival at least until the next eviction.
When Emma gave the House the news, Lauren seemed legitimately touched and surprised, bless her.
For now, Bruce, Courtney, Louie and Sophie await the eviction announcement. Bet you can't wait.

Iconic model and all-round glamour puss Sophie Anderton has lost her place in the Big Brother House. She survived for two weeks, but was given the heave-ho in the third eviction.
From the moment Sophie stepped into the House, she was a big part of the drama, being given a place in the exclusive Cult of Celebrity, which had the power to decide which housemates would face the public vote.
Once she joined the main House, Sophie was a big presence, making quite the impression on the rest of the House inhabitants. Was she flirting with Mario? Probably not, but it was fun to speculate! It wasn't all smooth sailing: she had a bit of a clash with Lauren, but that was soon cleared up.
Whether making bosom buddies with Courtney or dancing her little cotton socks off, Sophie certainly had a fun old time in the House. We will miss her, and her sterling way ofdealing with awkward situations.
AJ ODUDU buggers up Eviction Night for fans, sends twitter into Meltdown.
You have to love twitter and the amazing balls up this season, Rylan tweeting images of the whoâs up for Nomination and tonight AJ tweeted Sophie was Evicted.
I think itâs safe to say AJ might not be back in January, sheâs a brilliant person just appears not to be cut out for Presenting.
