Bumping for tonight
Last of this series, next Tuesday's episode is a repeat of the first episode of series 2.
The four contestants tonight are TV presenter Anneka Rice, comedian John Bishop, pop star Nadine Coyle and wheelchair basketball player-turned-presenter Ade Adepitan.
They attempt decorative choux buns in the signature and tackle financiers in the technical before making a show stopping cake that represents something from their bucket list.
Financiers are small French almond cakes. There are a couple of possible origin of that name. One is that they are traditionally baked in a rectangular mould resembling a gold bar. Another is that they became popular in the financial district of Paris near the stock exchange. They were originally known as visitandines which were made by the Visitandine order of nuns. (as per Wiki )
