Texture was all wrong and it was overcooked.
it was over cooked but not that bad. If you cook risotto on the cook top you need to stand there ladling stock into it and constantly stirring which is why it's not a good idea to do it for a dinner party as you can't give it the love and attention it needs 
Evening all... just whipping up my own cordon bleu dinner (courtesy of Mr Sainsbury and 20 minutes at 190deg) I loved Janice in the jungle, but she's annoying me a bit tonight.
