I think part of the problem with Kellie's look.... is that if she wants to look like a woman.. she should be donning a blue rinse wig and wearing a twinset - it would be much more in keeping with the face.

Well that's not good! My mate moved a few weeks ago and they (Virgin) dug up her lawn and put it in the first day! Have they said they were coming and not turned up? I would get on the phone and tell them you are losing money as your work needs you online while away from the office... Blah blah blah and threaten with going with someone else who have told you they can have you up and running by the weekend!

Looking at Ricci from the side he looks like 'Punch' from Punch and Judy....and has about as much personality.

Did all that Jen... tomorrow's work has been brought forward by a week! It's not the laying of the cable to the house (the installation) it's the laying of the cables in the street (construction apparently)   It's a new build and when the cables were initially laid to the town, they stopped just before where my house now sits.   They need the construction company to dig up the pavement to lay the cables to the box on the road (happening tomorrow morning.. allegedly!) then the installation team come and put the cable into the house.  The trunking for it is already there, under the drive, courtesy of the builders who've done everything to help.  Virgin have been crap.
