I did not see the series but clearly these two did not get on.
Ofcom has received more than 3,000 complaints about Wednesday's episode of Loose Women after Kim Woodburn walked off the show in tears.

Actually, that's one of the things Kim picks her up on.
Not ever watching Loose Women, I can't comment on what happened. But I doubt if Ofcom will carry out an investigation of the 3,000+ complaints. I think something like accusations of bullying would come under section 7 of the Ofcom broadcasting code which deals with fairness. I think that generally they would only investigate under that section if Kim Woodburn herself makes a complaint to Ofcom.

A statement on her Twitter account said she is "devastated" to let people down.
But said she is "not strong enough to withstand... constant and unfounded online abuse".
