I agree that there's no consistency (never is with BB, TBH), but in the case of Biggins I don't think he was "straight out". By the sounds of it, there was a lot more going on - we just weren't shown it.

I'm starting to see why Bear is going to win this. That three second bit to camera just then, it will appeal to so many stupid teenagers and young people. Despite him saying 'ruthless' and holding his hand over his mouth he was stifling a smile and his very actions were trying to draw attention to himself despite Hvy D being ousted.
If Bear wins then BB/CBB will have sunk to a new low.
