For my lunch tomorrow I have just prepared - Chopped fresh baby spinach, celery, mint cous cous, chopped spring onion, cheery tomatoes and sliced chicken.

 

beat that. 

I would be hungry in 30mins if I ate that

I'm surprised how long I can go on it.  The chocolate helps.

Which defeats the purpose doesn't it?
