My Mum came home today (Wed) at 11.30am and was so happy - but still a little confused.
By 6pm she was having difficulty breathing and was rushed back in with a diagnosed infection from the leg blisters given to her by the hospital when trying to increase her BP by filling her full of fluids.
She's staying in at least one night.
Meanwhile my sister was rushed into hospital a few days ago.
She's had on-going stomach issues for years.
She messaged me today to say she is to have a stoma at the age of 52 - exactly the same op my Mum just had.
I'm stunned

Aww Sainty, your family is having a rotten time of it.
I hope your sister recovers well from her op and that your mum is soon well enough to come home again.
Sainty that really sad about your sister and on top of your mums illness too
