They should both pack it in, but neither will 'cos they've made a career out of it, that's the only reason either of them got in there! Too much alike and he's losing the battle, largely cos she's cleverer and more witty and has moments when she's perfectly okay and entertaining. He knows it and doesn't like it.

People forget (because they hated Hopkins long before she entered the house so are entrenched in their opinions of her) that he began trying to upset and goading the other HM's on week one, during that task about finding out about HM's pasts...he laid into Hopkins there, that's where this stems from.
So his "lets wind Hopkins up" campaign started then, that's why she reacts to him...and rightly so...never let the bully win.

The Shlipa thing was totally different, she wasn't asking for trouble with her behaviour, and a lot of it was racism...Gary Busey was just an old deaf bloke who no one had any patience for, again, very different to Perez.
