Yes, I know I've put it the wrong way round, but you get the idea.

Highlight the first quote and open a reply box. When the quote appears close the box. Now highlight the second quote and open the reply box again. Both quotes should now be in the reply box, each in their own quote box.

However this will only work this way if all the stuff you want to quote is on the same page.
If the stuff you want to quote is on different pages it can still be achieved, but is somewhat convoluted and involves cutting and pasting and toggling the WYSIWYG and cutting and pasting some of the HTML code.
