"ScOtTy. Your efforts in providing intelligence regarding HMs is noted. I also note your reluctance in joining the Maniacs, despite your apparent regard for MM. You would be wise to do so.

If you refuse this generous offer to recompense your outstanding efforts in this thread, you would not be best advised.

Nevertheless. In view of your dedication I'm afraid to tell you that you will be awarded an honourary membership, whether you like it or not.

Unless you inform me of your colour of choice (see my OP for the legion of colours so far taken) I will be forced to choose one for you.

Day 9: Round up

Yesterday was a big day in the House as Nicola and Natasha went head to head in Big Brother’s 2nd live eviction! It was a day that saw nerves, arguments andFrankie’s first ever moustache shave.

Friday the 13th was never going to never going to bring the luckiest of fates, and that was certainly the case for media magnet Natasha. Natasha became the 2nd person to fall victim to eviction after Andrew who was evicted just two days earlier. Natasha left the famous house to a chorus of boos after losing out to glamour model Nicola.

The morning started quietly for some who felt a tad fragile after partying the night before. Some that is, apart from Gareth who was up bright and early for his morning workout with Michael. As the two got talking Michael asked Gareth ‘So who’ll be going tonight?’ to which Gareth was quick to respond ‘Natasha’â€Ķ(Good guess Gareth). Natasha sat with Nicola for one finalgirly chat in which they spoke about Natasha’s closeness with Kirk. Natasha was quick to dismiss any claims that they were close in any way more than friendship.

It was nerves all round as Frankie was set up on two dates with playboy twins Kristina and Karissa. First up to try and survive Frankie’s charm offensive was Karissa who remained ruthlessly unimpressed with the whole thing. After being rated 0/10 for his first date in which he burped, eat like a primate and told Karissa ‘We're not allowed to leave until we get frisky and completely naked,’ Frankie was given some advice by all around smoothie Romeo. It was then Kristina’s turn to be wooed by Frankie, who behaved like a gentleman. He pulled out Kristina’s chair for her and asked her questions about herself, managing to score 10 out of 10 this time round (Which is literally an infinite mark up).

After the departure of Natasha, the distressed housemates decided to lift their spirits with a bit of a tipple. For Denise ‘lifted spirits’ were an estranged concept as she and Michael set about another one of their arguments. Denise was angry that Michael ‘takes no interest in her life’ and that he never seems concerned or asks about her. Michael didn’t seem to bite the bait which aggravated Denise further. Denise eventually walked away from the scene exclaiming ‘I haven’t been drunk in the Big Brother Houseâ€ĶBut I’m drunk now,’ leaving Michael lay on his bed perplexed and miffed. The House eventually wound down and reflected upon a day of twists and turns.

Later in the night, Frankie (sans any clothes) joined Kirk, Natalie, Nicola and the twins in the Jacuzzi, it was bound to happen wanst it? All in all, a very eventful day in the Houseâ€Ķit's Big Brother, what more would you expect?

What a beautiful winter's morning! But yep you've guessed it, the celebrities are all still sound asleep.

0848: No rest for the wicked as Big Brother switches on the bedroom lights. GOOD MORNING CELEBRITIES!

0859: Frankie decided that he'd rather sleep on the floor last night. He's curled up at the end of Kirk's bed

0907: Here's Frankie, looking surprisingly cosy considering that he's on the floor

0916: Oh dear... Michael and Gareth have decided to bang on some pots and pans to wake the others up.

0944: Nicola's missing home a bit this morning but Denise, Natalie, Georgia and Gareth are doing a great job of comforting her

0949: Michael's tried to lighten the mood by talking about... death. Somehow he's managed to cheer Nicola up though

1009: Gareth and Denise are discussing last night's drama. The other events seem to have combined to overshadow Natasha's eviction

1027: Gareth is comforting Nicola with a big cuddle. He's become something of a father figure in the House

1045: Michael's getting stuck into the washing up. He has a rather vigorous technique: releasing some stress, perhaps?

1054: Nicola is popping one of Frankie's spots in the bedroom. Lovely.

1126: Gareth has warned that he'll wake everyone up with pots and pans as early as possible every time he's woken up late at night

1134: Frankie (to Romeo): 'Look, i'm ripped'

1141: Gareth, Natalie and Denise are reminiscing about Natasha, and are wondering what she might be up to at the moment

Day 10: Morning round up

The drama of eviction night was plentiful, and it’s showed no signs of letting up today, spilling over into the morning. Everyone seems to have played their part in it, too: things are heating up in the House on this cold winter’s morning.

Early birds Michael and Gareth thought that it would be a great idea to start their day by waking up the other housemates with some kitchen utensils, after beingkept up until the wee hours by the younger housemates’ late night antics last night. Unfortunately, Celebrities aren’t always ‘morning people’, and Georgia in particular looked fairly irritated at this. After returning to the kitchen, Michael discussed last night’s evictions with a rather bemused Denise: his bizarre perceptions of how Natasha’s eviction may have concluded prompted Denise to tell him: ‘You’re very odd aren’t you Michael, sometimesâ€Ķ always’. This might have also been a reference to Michael and Denise’s exchange last night. Michael didn’t appear too bothered by the comment, but then he hasn’t seemed too concerned with Denise’s opinions for a few days now.

Nicola’s feeling a little apprehensive this morning: the drinks were flowing last night after the eviction. As a family woman who was saved from eviction, Nicola clearly found last night difficult being so close and yet so far from her loved ones. As a nice respite from all of the drama, though, the others have been very quick to comfort her and make her feel better.  Gareth in particular is beginning to emerge as something of a father figure in the House, with Denise acting as stand-in mother for Nicola in this strange and dysfunctional celebrity family.

We’re really getting into the thick of the action here, with a few different storylines developing in the House. We’re really seeing the celebrities’ real personalities coming to the fore here: the polite niceties of the opening week are long gone at this point. Stay here for updates on all of the goings-on in the House:  I think we can safely say it’s going to be an gripping weekend!

Scotty

1159: Aww... Kirk and Frankie cosying up on the sofa.  at it's finest

1214: Denise is telling Natalie and Nicola about her conversation with Michael last night. She's just done an impression of him

1227: Big Brother has called the housemates into the living room for an announcement. What could it be? Any ideas?

1246: It's a task! The 5 teams are: Denise and Romeo, Georgia and K & K, Frankie and Nicola, Natalie and Gareth, Michael and Kirk

1247: Big Brother is yet to reveal the details of the task, but we can say that it's going to be sweet... any guesses?

Day 10: Task reveal - Sweet dreams

After a rather restless night for the majority of the housemates, Big Brother has decided to tease the celebrities by placing a giant bed in the middle of the garden. Frustratingly for our sleepyheads, there definitely won’t be any time for housemates to even think of snoozing in this week’s action-packed task: in fact, they’ll need to be pretty energetic to gain a reward.

Big Brother has asked the housemates to split into 5 different teams. These are as follows:

Denise and Romeo

Georgia with Karissa AND Kristina (who count as one housemate)

Frankie and Nicola

Natalie and Gareth

Michael and Kirk

These teams will be competing in a test of speed and composure. The aim of the task for each team is to find 4 separate teddies, and place them to rest in their mini teddy bear beds. How cute! The bears are located inside pillows, which will be piled up on the giant bed: unfortunately for the housemates, there will be some ‘dud’ pillows, which will contain no teddy. All of the pillows will contain feathers, which have a habit of becoming rather sticky when they’re combined with golden syrup, which of course our housemates will be covered in.

Oh, did we not mention the syrup? Before reaching the giant bed and eventually the teddies, the housemates will need to individually clamber through a vat of the stuff. Once they’ve located their teddy, they can make their way back to their respective team-mates (via the syrup) to tag them in. This process will repeat until one team has placed all their teddies in bed.

It’s going to get a tad messy in the House today: stay with us for the result of this sticky stormer of a task.

I'm Ms Indigo of MMM Maniacs fame, so I guess Michael is my favourite.

Frankie and Kirk are my least favorite HMs.

P.S. Don't worry about missing the post originally. I guessed it was probably down to all this intenseness.

Extremely Fluffy Fluffy Thing

1410: Frankie and Nicola are the winners! They will be immune from next week's evictions... (pity!)

1433: The housemates are cleaning up their acts, quite literally. Syrup is everywhere!

1445: Frankie's misunderstood the meaning of immunity: he thought that he and Nicola wouldn't have to nominate this week (Immunity FROM nominations - yeah, I suppose that could mean from any or all parts of the process.  )

Good afternoon Ms. Indigo. Nice choice.  I`d better choose my colour asap or Ms.Diamond will choose it for me.

I`ll probably end up being Ms.Beige for my late appearance with the Maniacs.

Denise is out of hand with our Michael!

Scotty

Michael and Denise seem to be getting quite frustrated with each other as of late. Following on from last night’s exchanges, (and soon after Denise’s talk with some of the girls about Michael’s attitude towards her) it seemed as if Michael couldn’t hold his criticisms of the chatty lady in for any longer. As the twins were preening earlier, he told them how he was finding Denise hard to bearâ€Ķ

‘I can’t escape it man, she follows me round from room to room: she’s doing that Andrew thing’ Michael remarked. He then continued on to do an (admittedly rather poor) impression of Denise, quoting some things that she’d said to him in the past.

The girls laughed politely on occasion, but in truth didn’t seem all that interested in Michael’s rants: they’ve been exposed to a few of them before. Their feelings on the matter are unclear, but it would appear that Michael’s patience for Denise is wearing thin. Relations between these two don’t appear to be getting any better: will it all come to a head soon?

1541: Denise has taken to saying before using certain phrases. (Oh, how...how...how COMMON. *Looks down nose at 'hashtag' people.* )

1547: Gareth's now teaching Michael about history. What a cultured bunch our celebrities are!

1553: The housemates are speculating about the consequences of today's task. Big Brother still hasn't punished Denise and Romeo...
