Well I confess to not drinking any kind of hot drink!

Oooo I love a cup of Bovril....reminds me of my childhood.......but my favourite hot drink is chamomile, honey and vanilla.

My best hot drink is Coffee.... it is just unbeatable.

Hot drink is normally coffee, but this time of night a lo cal Hot Chocolate and that's what I am going to do shortly with Alan Carr's book, which I'm thoroughly enjoying 

Why do you drink the book? Do the pages not get all soggy?

I can drink a hot chocolate ....at a push.... but give me a cold glass of water anyday.

I love water - the water where I am at the moment is pure chalk and I keep meaning to buy a filter jug.

Now as this is a thread about hydration and as I have a vested interest in the subject, can I just inform everyone that you should drink at least 2litres of fluid a day.

Much as I like it I don't think I can drink that much Bovril every day 

I bought one of those - but forget to keep filling it - useless!
Water is the only thing I drink other than the odd vodka - which looks like water 

I prefer an oxo drink to bovril. It`s lovely with a bit of pepper. 
I`ve never tried dipping my book in it yet.
Toast`s good, with real butter. 

I quite like that too. Big cup, two cubes, nice...

When I was a little girl and was poorly with an upset tummy, Oxo was the drink my Mum would make for me.

As a nurse, I find that bovril is very popular with patients - there is something comforting and wholesome about it..

Yes, oxo cubes are nice, gives that cosy feeling. I`ve never tasted Horlicks, the smell was enough to put me off. Cocoa probably once a year...if that.  Tea - every day with breakfast and I love it later with a chocolate biscuit or a custard cream. Mars Bars are good with a cup of tea too. I had a Topic today for the first time in years.(there was a special 2 for 1 at the spar) It was melt delicious with tea.  

Ok, I`m even boring myself now. 
Time for bed I think...night night all...sleep well.

TEA ........the only hot drink I drink, Excerpt years ago when shopping in East Lane on a Sunday morning I sometimes used to succumb to a Hot Sarsparella!

Two, or three, strong teas, followed by one , or two, black coffees, followed by one strong tea, followed by one milky coffee.

Ovaltine, dry, with spoon.

Tea should be from the tea plant.

Anything else is not tea! 

I forgot that even existed. I don't think I've ever even had it 

OHHHHhhhhhhhOOOOOHhhhh normal tea every time. I have NO TIME for those flowery herbal sachets no time at all!

I'm a PG, TyPhoo, Tetley ot Yorkshire Tea through and through ............can't be doing with all the fruity arty, farty teas. Tea is tea as far as I'm concerned - strong with a dash of skimmed milk and no sugar!
