Gawd, I haven't had one of those for years. I think they were my favourite (along with Raspberry Ruffles) as a child.
Tell you what I saw in Tesco the other day...Old Jamaica chocolate bars (the rum-soaked raisin choc). Haven't even thought about those for about 20 years. Of course, I had to get one just for nostalgias-sake.

My husband spotted that choc in Co-op as well and bought some. I used to buy it for him years ago.

lol couldnt believe this post i bought one today to eat later
OMG I love caramacs, but they make me violently sick. My best friend used to always eat them and I used to literally stamp my feet because I wanted to eat them and couldn't. Got to say that it is the only thing that we ever argued about in 30 years of friendship, unless you count the fisticuffs we had the first time we clapped eyes on each other at brownies.
Cliftonville High Street MANY YEARS ago (pre dinosaur in fact)....bought a bar in some little sweet shop, strolled along the road as happy as a happy thing. Took first bite and *C R A C K*...broke a tooth!
Damn thing was as hard as a stick of rock. Haven't had one since.
But my downfall is now Dime bars.
