Now in every BB from series 1 to series 11 people who sleep out of the bedroom have always be awakened by BB.
But here we have Caoimhe allowed to sleep.
Does that mean BBs priority is to maintain this farcical and invented clash between JJ and Josie, so they are prepared to break their rules.

She 'woke' up a few minutes ago Brisket.  She's been listening to everything they're saying. Surely they allow them sleep at night or do they insist that they only sleep in the bedroom?

Yes, previously BB have always insisted that they sleep in the bedroom. (Although I think they allowed Shabby to have the option of sleeping in the Nest the night before she walked. But that was an exception.)
