I make THE most incredible onion gravy, got tons for me dinner. I'll have to make some Yorkshires now I've seen that pic. Yorkshires. Gravy. Uuuuuuuuhhhmmmmnnnnnyeeah.

Lidl at the mo is really good for all the lovely Xmas confectionery, all that yummy gingery German stuff, I am going to have to do a trip there for all that stuff.

but I never heard of doing it with mushrooms.'If your purse doesn't stretch to butter, use dripping.' I'd rather use dripping anyway, a million times nicer than butter on a roast. Nom nom nom.
