if his phone number is on the flyer, I'd report him to the police tbh. You were doing the right thing, warning of a possible accident. He sounds like a complete twonk! And apart from anything else, should be fined for littering!

I took down his vehicle registration and informed the police when I got in. I was nervous about calling the numbers on the flyer as there were two numbers, both of which were mobiles so he could well have answered himself. No way I'm speaking to him

I'd do the same. The newspaper flying everywhere could have caused a serious accident .....let alone the threatening behaviour afterwards. I'd deffo report it.
