I think Sophie was put up twice for talking about nominations - once with Kris and once with Siavash. But... both times BB offered a challenge to avoid facing eviction which she failed on both occasions.

Traditionally, talking about nominations was always punished by banning the HM from nominating. I think Jade was the first to be punished in this way. (Yes, I know Nick was kicked out of BB1, but technically that was for using writing materials.)
BB stuck to this through to BB6, with only their first punishment of Vanessa (where they put everyone up) being the exception. They sort-of followed it in BB7 (Imogen didn't get to nominate until week 5!), but then they started to muck around with the process. After that, they changed to more jokey punishments.

You're almost right - she was given a punishment task (alongside Kris and Charlie) for discussing nominations. They failed the task, and Kris went.
The second time, she was put up automatically for nomination talk (alongside others), but the eviction was abandoned because of Kenneth walking. Sophie was also in trouble that week because she hadn't properly nominated 2 HMs.

Kris went week 5. Sophie was up again in week 6 (when Karly went) because Siavash and she failed a no swearing punishment, i believe. Sophie genuinely failed and Siavash more or less fell on his sword out of loyalty to join her, as i recall.

Keeva, Shabby an Iffy will be conspiring all weekend on who to nomnate next week. BB never seems to pick up on this. This is what gets to me. BB are in it to win it and seem to want the best deals/percentage they can get from the agents of every HM. Consider the current C4 host of BB as the Govt..... Time for a change. And hope we do better than what has benn dealt us this time.

Shabby has been nominated 3 times for reasons already stated. So people are hardly going to comment on something that is so obvious to everyone but you.
