Graham Norton has said heâs not keen on replacing Sir Bruce Forsyth on Strictly Come Dancing 2014.
The chat show host said heâs too lazy to front the BBC one series in the autumn, despite being one of the favourites to take over from Sir Brucie.
âI wouldnât jump at the chance,â he told The Sun newspaper this morning. âI really enjoy the show but itâs a very tough gig.
âI think itâs very hard for a new person to take over, and Iâm quite lazy.â
Instead, Graham reckons that Claudia Winkleman should takeover alongside Tess.
âIf they just stick with Tess and Claudia then I think thatâs the sensible way forward,â he suggested. âI think as a tried-and-tested duo theyâre great and work really well together.
âBut if they did want someone new then the advantage is that itâs a show thatâs up and running so whoever wants to present it will know whether they like it or not.
âItâs much harder to go into a new format where you donât know what itâs like.â
Strictly kicks off in September on BBC One.
Celebrity names already linked to the new series of Strictly include former Corrie star Michelle Keegan, TOWIEâs Mark Wright and James Arg Argent and X Factor winner Joe McElderry.
There have also been rumours that Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean could take part after Dancing On Iceâs final series concluded earlier this year.
