Bit of both ....but mostly posh 

As expensive as here, where they're building one bed flats starting at K350

Not quite ...but getting there ....your area is well posh 🤣🤣

yes son shared a 2 bedroom rented apartment in Chester for 18 months before he moved to Durham -expensive
