Who is BGT? Why would this 'BGT' prefer one act to win over another?

What type of act is most marketable?

Where can the Cowell machine extract most cash?

What like the dog act that won? I really don't buy that at all TBH.

I think people like different things - some are more popular with a majority. I think there are some people who will scream fix simply because they prefer someone who isn't liked by the majority.

BGT is a cash prize and an opportunity to perform at the Royal Variety - Simon can take his pick and market who he likes - it's not about who wins.

Bit funny how all the singing acts are back to back near the end of the show, just before the voting starts.

BTW, Simon loves dog acts too.

Is it any coincidence that some of the singing acts are well favoured on here and other forums too? Do you think we are all that 'simple' that we can't remember who has been on earlier in the show? The public vote for who they want and the one with the most votes wins.

It's nothing to do with being simple, it's human nature, the acts near the end of any competition are remembered more than earlier acts.

Why not sprinkle the singing acts in the middle of the variety acts instead of putting all the singing acts together.?

Selling them very hard to the voters.

Vids, you're like a broken record about this: people have voted singers into the final, live with it!

Then don't call this a variety show, call it X Factor2

They can sing alright, but I would not compare them to the Rat Pack.

I'm too young to remember them.

Me too, but I have watched all their old films and listened to their records.

I was telling porkies.

That's not what psychology tells us, as I explained earlier and anyway there's a dancer, a magician a female singer and a band to come
