Welcome Kaffs.

I didn't enter the debate, I just 'liked' lots of posts.

Edit: I thought you were talking about the UKIP thread but I realise you may be talking about the referendum debate.

Hi Yogi.. I meant the UKIP one...   the indy debate scared me off anything else!

Yes, from what I heard on the ITV2 show lastnight.

Really?

Only going on what I heard on the ITV2 show, one of the panellists mentioned that she is his daughter....I think.

Iglesias has 8 kids but I can't find any mention of her.

Maybe it was a joke that i didn't get on the ITV2 show, but they weren't laughing.

But how many people from this country are there with that last name.?

I don't have a clue. It certainly isn't a common surname over here, but there's no mention of Julio having a daughter called Eva, on anything I can find.

But seriously, she is so funny and different, as a person and as an act..if she were on BB I'd be supporting her. Lol

Paddy Jones and Nico Espinosa WILL perform on tomorrow night’s Britain’s Got Talent 2014 semi-final, it’s been confirmed, after doctors discovered that the former’s rib isn’t actually broken.

Yesterday the duo – whose energetic audition routine wowed the judges and audience – said they had been forced to pull out of the competition because Paddy incurred an injury in rehearsals.

The 79-year-old retired dental nurse was examined by medics near her home in Spain, who believed that she had cracked her rib.

Amanda Holden – whose Golden Buzzer put the pair straight through to the semi-finals – later said she was “devastated” by the news and wished Paddy a speedy recovery.

But they will now compete in Saturday’s fifth semi-final after all, as Paddy’s condition isn’t as serious as first thought.

Holden announced their comeback on her Twitter page tonight, saying: “Delighted to announce that after getting the all clear today from medical experts Paddy and Nico are back in BGT !!”

According to Mirror journalist Mark Jeffries, Paddy was given the green light to return after doctors in the UK discovered that her rib wasn’t actually cracked.

However, her tumble means that she and Nico – a 40-year-old dance teacher – will perform a ‘reduced’ version of their planned routine.

Paddy explained: “I hurt my rib almost two weeks ago whilst rehearsing my routine with Nico. After resting, since then over the last few days I have been feeling much better and today I spoke to Britain’s Got Talent and told them that I felt I would be fit enough to dance.

“After seeing a top doctor in London this afternoon I have been given the all clear to perform on tomorrow night’s show and this is something I very much want to do.”

A spokesperson for BGT added: “We can confirm that after Paddy spoke to us about feeling fit enough to perform, and following further medical advice and tests from a top London specialist, who has advised that she is able to dance, she will be performing in tomorrow night’s show.

“Alongside her dance partner Nico she will be performing a modified version of the routine they had originally planned.”

Britain’s Got Talent 2014 continues tomorrow night at 7.00pm on ITV with its last semi-final, when Paddy & Nico will face acts including Kings and Queens, Kieron Lai and Bailey McConnell.
