This is the second series. Tonight is set in Northumberland and next Friday in the Isles of Scilly. There are a further 4 episodes including one in the Outer Hebrides.

On the way to Holy Island from your side of the country👍....there's another fort along the wall called Corstopitum..not so big and not as explored as Vindolanda

My friend and I were due to go to Holy island this year ...to celebrate 30 years of friendship ....but events got in the way.....maybe next year though 

I’d love to go to Alnwick too
