We need something to remember him as well in this Big Brother forum i would say as well as the Films forum. 

Can't think straight at the moment though.

RIP brisket....as has been said before, a true gentleman and a pleasure to post with. 

There's no hurry to come up with suggestions. We can take whatever time we like doing something appropriate for such a special person.

Condolences to brisket's RL family and friends.        Slinki.. i was thinking of the hair flicking too.. and I'll think of him whenever someone on BB sits on a worktop or does the hair flick thing.    Lovely man, and a huge loss to this community.    I'm so sad to hear this.  RIP brisket x

RIP Brisket..    he was a true friend to many on here.

I am going to go and email Xochi now...   she was especially close to him, She lost her mum on Sunday, and now this!

 I am so sad to read this news.  I respected brisket, he was a kind and caring soul and a gentleman of the first order. He cared a lot about this community, and we all know he did more than his share in contributing to keeping us talking. We'll all be poorer for his passing. 

Following on the theme of the suggestions above - would it be possible to change the red stars in the GaGaJoyJoy logo to brisket's red rose?

Really sad sad news, shows how strong a few words and a familiar face (Avator) can make people on a forum feel part of a family.....we have all lost a great family member in brisket....

Aww no...How terribly sad..RIP Brisket,was he ill or just sudden? I'll miss his  quizes on here ,such a kind soul.I'm shedding a tear here,we are a community, my condolences  to his family.

I have been thinking about a lasting memorial to brisket. If it is at all possible Lori, could you somehow put all of briskets threads and quizzes into a folder and then sticky it up at the top. That way when we miss him, and are feeling nostalgic, we could go back and read his wonderful threads. As you know, brisket was in to nostalgia in a very big way, and I think  it would be a lovely way to remember him. Hope it will be possible.

It was always easy to post with him - I'll always remember our mutual appreciation for Rodrigo back in 2009 when it was me and brisket against the forum

His threads were always interesting and unique.

I'm sure brisket would not want us all to be sad - we should remember the good times we had with him.

What a lot of lovely ideas you folks are having.

We'll take them all into consideration. Whatever we do won't happen immediately (I want to give everyone a chance to weigh in), but there WILL be an appropriate way to remember brisket.

I heard he'd been ill for sometime, and as was his way, just didn't tell us. He would not have wanted too much attention for that.

Lori, I didn't post with him a lot, but I got that feeling that he was a 'private' man.
