I dread the thought of getting send on one of those courses â but the thought of being packed off to a motivational seminar fills me with even more dread.

There was no exam, we had to go away and write a project based on our place of work which was then assessed.

4 days of sheer boredom fun and frolics. Was not as bad as I thought it would be.
