Well yes, but the thing about IMACGMOH was that choosing celebrities to put through disgusting tasks was a central part of the concept, and eating insects and other "odd" food fitted-in with the "Jungle" theme (the same was also true of "Survivor", which really started that whole thing off).
With BB, however, I can't help thinking that they somehow feel the need to copy these other shows...
