They've had cameras in the toilet since BB1. The official reason was for "safety" in case anything happened to the HMs. Interestingly, though, they removed them for CBB1, raising the question that BB cared less for the safety of celebrity HMs than "normal" HMs...

In general the line has been that they only use the toilet cameras if the HMs are, for example, discussing something important while in there, though I remember a lot of shots of Johnny in BB3 constantly having a sly fag in there...

Actually I can see this pacifying  a lot of the protesting viewers.

As you say, they'd have to be mad to pick Aaron or Faye, whereas there's a good chance they'll pick those "flying under the radar" like Alex or Tom.

I really hope they pick Alex, as I think they'll get a huge shock. I'd put money on them picking Jemma, though...
