You're missing the point here. They're not the only ones in the house. They messed up the food budget for every single person in there just because Anton pissed them off which makes them class A morons imo.

Anton isn't the only one in there either. Why did he put his own petty vindictiveness above the needs of the house?

All those in the task room agreed to leave - it wasn't just Aaron and Harry's fault....

I can't stand Anton but he did what he was supposed to do i.e. finish the task and win the budget. That was ALL he was obliged to do, he can save who he wants. Faye was saved anyway, Aaron and Harry wanted to walk making it pointless for anyone else to stay in there.

They came out of it looking as bad if not worse than Anton from where I'm sitting.

I have to admit I'm not paying enough attention, so what exactly did he do?

You and me both. I pop in with little pearls of wisdom but I haven't a clue what's going on TBH.

Anton made a complete prick of himself after he completed the task....Aaron, Harry and the others just reacted to it, but it was a silly thing to do

I was thinkng that too: she's very self-sufficient and I'm sure she wouldn't be that bothered not having them.

she made a point of telling us yesterday that when she went to Africa she survived on nothing but rice for 3 weeks so on a basic budget she'd be well able to survive with a reduced amount of food.  It appears her head cannot do without extensions though

In the latter series, I seem to remember BB removing all the food and issuing packed lunch boxes to keep them going until the food was delivered.

I'm sure the essentials were just chickpeas and rice or lentils!  These could be baulked up with lots of lovely fresh veg and a stock cube

I'm sure they did.

Yes, they did. I always felt that was very wasteful, and basically prevented HMs ordering relatively expensive items that could last for ages, such as herb plants and bottles of sauces.
I expect the reason though was to protect the purpose of the "house budget" tasks...
