That's how I saw it too. When she was interviewed going in I thought the "rivalry" line was just a contrived storyline, but it does now look genuine from Jemma's persective - it's just that it's pretty-much one-way...

I've got 3 kids who all get on really well so despite not having any siblings myself, I like to think that watching my own, plus my parents with all their bros and sisters was more like how it was than that load of old moaning whingeing drone Gem was spouting.
