Yes, I gave it to him. I wanted to see what effect it had on him. It seems to have worked even better than when I saw it being used in Newcastle on Earth. There they just stagger around, vomitting and taking off what few clothes they have on. The guard appears to have passed out. Oooops. Maybe I got the mix all wrong.

no I did not give the guard it with a hypospray but I did cross question Guinan and she confirmed that she took the Mickeyfinnalyn from my office and 'experiemented' using cosmic daze as a potent drink. I suppose she gave him the experiment drink

well if you want my opinion I think I was slipped a Mickeyfinnaly mixed with cosmic daze but I think it was Dr E who slipped it to me possibly with the help of Guinan I didn't get time to test my blood as I was called to the bridge by the captain after washing and changing

that orb is much too powerful for a humble crewman - it's too powerful for those except Bajoran priests. I wouldn't have minded gazing at it though
