I went for check up on tuesday and it had gone down to 140/84, got to go to hospital again in an hour for another check up.

Just wanted to feed daughter her much requested boiled eggs in new egg cup before I went, trust the bloody gas to have gone out GGRRRRRR

you can crack eggiweg into non-metallic bowl, stir up a bit, cover and zap for 40-60 seconds

gives a reasonable scrambled egg type protein hit.

No don't do it.

You can poach them (but they come out more like boiled) by cracking it into a cup filled with about 1/3 of water. You only put them in for about 30 seconds then take it out coz it continues cooking for a few seconds afterwards.

Be like the numpty Rangers player.
