But maybe they can't shift them around and can only post them in most recent order. Maybe you could ask for it to be unstickied?

It'll actually be quite quick and at this time of night not many will see it happen.
In fact, there's probably not that many know about the team thread at all, let alone where it is now and where it'll be soon.
