Its that time again when their all out, this morning I found the biggest I have ever come across in my flat. It was on the living room wall and it was huge. And now there is another huge one right on the ledge outside my window... il wake in the morning and it will probably be on the wall. It pisses me off... they could at least share the rent. And damn the BBC for sticking that film arachnophobia on the other night.

Rant Over.

Aww,I luvs the 8 legged creatures.They are harmless in this country,I leave them be in the main,unless my niece starts screeching about them if she spots them.Then a gentle capture and release outside.

They are just big legged beasties,totally harmless,capture and relese them..they are in the main ,boy spiders looking for a mate...sympathy ladies!

Sae here Katty, I can't kill anything apart from Wasps (they are evil) and I wouldn't hesitate to kill a Cockroach if I could force myself close enough to one to do so...but spiders....I really don't mind them, the bigger then better, if they've got so big you have to give them a little respect for managing to survive to get so big, lol...

Poor you, my friend is as well...when she gets bit they are huge and ugly bites, and very painful for her....I guess the mossys just don't like the taste of me...lol...

Even that old series spider in the bath creeps me out

Strange though, im fine when it comes to aligators and snakes... been to florida many times before, found a snake in a garden and also was in the same pool as one. Come across aligators at a resort when Im fishing.

I ALWAYS capture and release spiders if I can catch the blighters! There is just something about the way they scuttle that creeps me out though - and of course the possibility that they are going to run onto my person in any way

I understand thay are males looking to get their end away but "not in my kitchen sonny Jim!"

Awwww i thought i was a dying breed of spider lovers

I have to hide them when my friend comes round as she starts screaming! Its Earwigs i am petrified of and i cant stand slugs. One slug decided to join me in the bath the other morning. It was hangng off my celing, didn't even notice it till it plopped in the bath!!!!! I almost had a heart attack!
