Hamilton Whitlock - did you see it?      Utter classic!

Yeah seen Nicho spouting off - bit early for him but then I didn't mind Manley    He can Still play  though

Got Wade at 16 - 11 last night and went for Phil at 16 - 6.  One out.

If Ade turns up with his A game though...my ÂĢ50 with Bet365 says he does

Watching now too

It sure was, couldn't help being impressed by Hamilton even though I was rooting for Whitlock.

I became a Nico fan a couple of christmases ago when he walked for miles in the snow to get to the world championships...his transport couldn't get him there so he just walked. I like a bit of commitment and dedication!!! I also love his bad boy image...infinitely more likeable than old One Dart who I cannot stand. I don't understand what the big fuss was about just cos he had a bit of a pop at Taylor. Yes, Taylor has been fantastic and is, without a doubt, the greatest darts player ever, however that does not mean he is untouchable! He needs the competition and for players to stop being so in awe of him. Respect the man, but don't fear him!!!

I hope your bet pays off....I'm hoping for a Hamilton V Lewis final.....MrB wants Taylor V Wade.....we shall see!!!

Anyway, you've ground me down, so I will tell you my (true) sob story. You better deliver mind.

One Saturday in February 1961 my mother tried to farm me out to friends I usually played with all day, but they were all going off for the day in a VW Beetle and it can only take 2 peeps in the front and 3 in the back, so I couldn't go. My poor mum then put me on cooking duties and I cooked my first chicken at the age of 8, but the whole time my dad was dying of the cancer he had for 8 years. My mum was in their bedroom with her closest friend and our family GP and they all tried to shield me from all of it, but I did get a glance at my dad, dead, with a kerchief round his face like Maras, to keep his jaws together. I'm 58 now, 50 years on, I've never forgotten it and never will now.
