Well, the title "Ultimate Housemate" is pretty meaningless unless all the winners go in, and that's not going to happen. Rachel almost certainly won't be able to take part even if she wanted to (which I doubt), and apparently Brian Dowling's turned it down.


However I think we can all guess which ex-HMs will already be madly lobbying the producers for consideration...

I read somewhere that Craig Phillips and Nick Bateman did a radio interview last week, in which both of them moaned that BB11 wasn't going to be an 'all-stars' competition.

If there must be a twist, the one I'd like would be in Nikki's neck.

The only ex HM I would like to see back in the House, would be the legend that was John Tickle....completely wasted on that carp BB4

Official Big Brother can announce that there is more in store for the lucky winner of Big Brother this year. On 24 August as soon as the winner of Big Brother 11 is announced, former housemates will then take part in an ultimate challenge to find the 'best of the best'.

These housemates, who will be made up of ex-Celebrity Big Brother and other previous housemates, will then battle it out to be crowned the 'Ultimate Housemate'. This title will be awarded as part of the Big Brother's final show on Friday 10 September.

Top dog, Phil Edgar-Jones said 'It's a bittersweet moment with Big Brother ending, but the Ultimate Champion will ensure we end on a high. As well as finding fans' favourite housemate, it will also be a trip down memory lane as they discuss experiences in the house. It will be a nostalgic treat for people who love the show and remind us why it was so great.'

Big Brother will decide who will be going into the house for the final time, but since no-one has been contacted yet, Phil Edgar-Jones has asked for your opinions:

'The housemates will be made up of some of the best characters from all the Big Brother series'. We would like your comments on the Channel 4 website as to who you think these housemates should be. Your views will be taken into account by the Big Brother Executive Producers.'

Stick in Victor, Emma, Lesley (BB6), Makosi, Maxwell, Saskia, Grace, Sezer, Spiral, Charley, Alexandra, Dennis, Kenneth and Issac, then leave the doors locked until there's only one left standing.
(My money's on Makosi...)
