Marc

Everything you need to know about Day 42

Marc got everyone in the mood for the day by dancing around in his pants and generally trying to annoy people. We can't remember the last time he wore something that covered his thighs.

The feeling in the house became even frostier after Joel was called on to nominate.

BB thought everyone needed a bit of cheering up so put Sam on a secret mission to raise everyone's spirits. It was not successful

But luckily that was the point and the chosen irritable housemates duly won themselves a lovely picnic.

But the bad vibes soon returned when Harry and Nick had a niggling argument about loyalty

After all that arguing the housemates tried to have a snooze but BB was having none of it so confiscated their duvets. The housemates then tried to stage a revolt. Their cause was vague, their demands were modest and they lost interest after about 20 minutes. The authorities can sleep safe.

Danny then had to turn on a fellow revolutionary and put them up for trial by the mob (he nominated).

It's been a day of awkward conversations, nominations and revolution.

Expect more of the same tomorrow.

** Spoiler Alert Tonights Highlight Show **

Big Brother 2015 RECAP! Day 42 highlights from Timebomb series

bbuk revolt - 2

Here’s your first look at all of tonight’s Big Brother highlights from the latest instalment of house action.

It’s Day 42 and there’s tension in the air following Nick and Harry’s disagreement.

Harry, Marc and Nick are in the kitchen. Harry is slamming cups around on the kitchen surface. She leaves. Nick and Marc are discussing her behaviour. Nick says that he thinks it was over the top. Marc agrees and tells Nick that this is the kind of behaviour he talked about before.

Time freezes. Joel is released and told to make his nomination. Joel goes to Danny and says, “Danny can be quite indecisive and as a house, I don’t know if that is beneficial to all of us. I think it’s helpful, for clarity, to know where a person stands.” Danny now also faces eviction and time unfreezes.

Marc runs in excited. Joel explains to Danny, “If there’s an argument or a discussion, I’d rather know someone’s opinion. If you have a view you should state it.” Danny responds, “I think I do that more than anyone.” Joel says, “[There were] three people left to nominate,” as an added explanation. Danny responds, “I know. I do disagree.”

Joel is in the bedroom with Helen telling her what his reasons were for nominating Danny. He says, “I said I believe that Danny can be indecisive. It affects me personally and when I ask for Danny’s opinion, I’m not certain I’d get Danny’s honest opinion.” Helen responds, “I think that’s his game plan. That’s playing it safe.”

Nick and Harry are in the smoking area. Nick is trying to make peace. Harry says, “Better I know where your loyalties lie now rather than later.” Nick says, “Harry, it’s impossible to speak to you. I’m trying to speak to you about it and you’re having a go at me. You’re getting upset. I’m getting upset.” Nikki and Marc approach laughing and then realise Nick and Harry are having a disagreement, so swerve in the other direction. Harry gets annoyed that they were laughing and walks off.

Joel is in the Diary Room. Big Brother explains to him that he will be given a secret task of sabotaging Sam’s secret mission. Later today, Sam will be set a secret mission to give motivational speeches about this week’s eviction and get three Housemates to give her a hug. The real secret task depends on Joel and the other three most recently nominated Housemates. Jack, Danny, Joel and Simon must behave as if Sam’s speeches are making them feel worse. They must resist hugging her.

Sam is in the Diary Room and being given her secret mission. She’s excited. Sam goes to Jack first. Jack responds, “You’ve made my head go mad!” and walks away. She then goes to Simon. Simon responds, “Are you patronising me?” and will not hug her. She goes to Danny in the bedroom. When she asks for a hug he says, “I’m too stressed out and I think you’re out of order.” On trying Joel, he responds, “I don’t want you to patronise me with that motivational crap.” Sam looks upset and confused.

Big Brother gathers the Housemates to tell them about the task. When Big Brother tells them about the real task Sam says, “I was nearly crying!” By ensuring that Sam failed her secret mission, Housemates have passed task. All nominated Housemates are rewarded with a picnic in the garden.

Time freezes and Danny must now nominate. Danny tries to find Nick. When Danny finds him he says, “I wish to nominate Nick. Tough decision. I think as a mate, you should listen to my adviceâ€Ķ I think your relationship with Harry’s getting serious too quick especially in a small environment and petty arguments are coming out. It affects me personally because I don’t like seeing Harry upset. I don’t like seeing you upset. Both of you should have a good time together and see what happens on the outside.”

The housemates rebel against Big Brother, covering their faces and damaging the store room.

Later, Nick and Harry are in the bath. Some of the Housemates are in the swimming pool. Big Brother tells them the garden is out of bounds. Helen, Marc, Cristian, Danny and Chloe remain in the pool. Simon jumps in.

Nikki is bedding down alone in Big Brother’s spare room. Most of the Housemates are in the bedroom and are all still excitable. They are chanting and singing. Brian decides to sleep alone on the floor in the living area. Brian says, “This is an asylum.”

Big Brother airs tonight at 10PM on Channel 5.

How showbiz is Simon?

If there's one thing Simon prides himself on it's his ability to shout "showbiz" at any decibel level, at any time. But just how showbiz is he? We've scientifically analysised various moments from Simon's time in House to find out.

Timebomb - Jazz hand rating: 9/10

It had drama, tension and a glitter explosion. Very showbiz.

Crocodile tears - Jazz hand rating: 2/10

No tears, absolutely none. Not one.

Chair fail - Jazz hand rating: - 863/10

If you're going to leap up from a dinner table and scream "showbiz" just make sure your buttocks land firmly back on the seat.

Crystal Canary - Jazz hand rating: 10/10

A cross between Margaret Thatcher and Lily Savage.

Raving - Jazz hand rating: 7/10

Simon is a 24 hour party person.

Everything you need to know about Day 43

It was the morning after the night before and the housemates found themselves on the wrong side of BB's wrath. First they got a stern telling off and had to clean everything.

Then the rules around the pool were made VERY clear. These housemates need a detention.

The telling off seemed to have an affect on the housemates as even best friends Jack and Chloe had an argument.

But worse was to come when BB put the housemates on community service as a punishment. They had to clean the garden which had been mysteriously covered in rubbish. Then they had to do it again. That'll teach 'em.

After they had paid their debt to BB Marc was worrying that they wouldn't let them leave. He thinks he's in the Truman Show.

Then Nick and Harry had some alone time. Can you feel the love?

But the love evaporated almost immediately when the housemates sat down to play a little game of 'most likely to'. It got heated very, very quickly. Brian called Helen a Dementor.

It was a day filled with retribution, recrimination and weird kisses.

You know you want more.

Big Brother 2015: Brian Belo has LEFT the house after row with Helen Wood

Brian.

Brian Belo has left the Big Brother 2015 house, it has been confirmed this morning.

The Big Brother 8 winner returned to the show earlier this month as part of the Time Bomb theme, but immediately begun clashing with last year’s winner Helen Wood.

Their latest huge row kicked off in the house last night (Tuesday) when Big Brother stirred things up with questions for the group to answer.

It saw Brian, as well as Big Brother 7’s Nikki, accused of only entering the house again ‘for the money’ with Helen branding the pair ‘fake’ and ‘liars’.

Helen said. “I’ve actually made an effort with everybody, I don’t just jump up in a task like these two [Nikki and Brian] and rise to the moment and this character comes out but during the day they’re half asleep.”

As Helen accused Brian and Nikki of being “fake”, Brian responded: “The reason for the last days I’ve been in the bathroom or up in the sky room is when I’m around you, both of you [Helen and Marc] my energy gets so subtracted, you’re like the Dementors from Harry Potter.

“You can do that smug grin, yes I’ve been quieter than I’ve normally been because the pair of you make me feel this big. You tag team people.”

Helen hit back: “Everyone is going to know what a liar you are, both of you [Brian and Nikki], liars.”

Brian retorted: “Coming form you I don’t care what you say, I really couldn’t care. That’s ’cause you’re pond scum to me, pond scum.”

Big Brother continues Wednesday night on Channel 5.

Day 44: Shopping task - A Year in a Day

Time flies when you’re having funâ€Ķ and today the housemates will see a whole year zoom by in front of their eyes.

Yup, today’s shopping task will pack in a whole year’s worth of special events in a day, from New Year’s Day through Valentine’s Day and Halloween, all the way up to Christmas Day. And Big Brother is planning to deliver some pretty special presents at the end of today – provided, of course, that the housemates have all been good boys and girlsâ€Ķ

Big Brother 2015: Brian Belo jumps wall to escape house... and Helen Wood

Big Brother

Brian Belo jumps over a fence to escape Helen Wood and the house in tonight’s Big Brother.

It all kicks after a question game in which both Brian and Helen give as good as they get.

Helen brands Brian a “liar” and “fake”, while he calls her “scum” and claims she’d marry someone just for their money in one round.

Brian says, “This woman has no principles, morals or self- respect so that’s why I think she’d marry for money.”

Helen says, “Straight jackets in the store room. Psycho.”

An argument ensues and the housemates try to calm Brian down. Helen repeatedly says, “It’s a game. Brian, keep playing into my hands.” Helen continues to shout insults at Brian.

Later, Nikki is comforting Brian. Brian says, “I just feel degraded.” Nikki says, “She’s jealous of you because you’re so loved and you’re such a good person. You’ve kept your dignity, Brian.

“She’s shown herself in her true colours for the vile piece of shit that she is. He’s just as low down as she is.” Brian says, “She’s got the morals of an alley cat.”

In the Diary Room chatting to Big Brother, Brian says, “I feel like I’m being ganged up on. I don’t want to cry. I’ve tried to keep away from there. I shouldn’t have come back here. This is really hard. I feel like I’m living in hell. I’m defeated. I’m getting a barrage of abuse.”

Afterwards, Brian is left alone in the sky room in the garden looking over the top to the outside world. Nick goes up as Brian is climbing over the top. Nick tries to stop him but Brian is already gone. The other housemates run up. Helen says, “It’s attention!”

Brian leaves the house, as Helen reflects on the argument.

She tells Danny: “I wish I’d chosen to say things better sometimes. I think it’s a good thing to be honestâ€Ķ I don’t think before I speak. I do things wrong. I said it to provoke a reaction.”

Helen adds: “I don’t want [Brian] around me. He makes my skin crawl.”

Nikki is in the Diary Room. “I just need to know that Brian’s ok. Tell him that I love him so much and I’m here for him. Me and Nick love him so much. I know he’s strong. It would break my heart that those evil bullies drove him out of this house.

“I feel weak here without Brian. I hope I can muster up the strength to get though the next two days. I didn’t want to let them ruin this for me. I feel now I’m going to act strong when if I don’t feel strong. I know more than anything Helen wants me to go. I don’t want to give her the satisfaction of leaving. I want to stay her to the last minute to try to get under her skin.”

Brian and Helen. Brian and Helen.

Catch all the drama at 10PM tonight on Channel 5.

** Spoiler Alert Tonights Highlights Show **

Big Brother 2015 RECAP! Day 43 highlights from Timebomb series

Big Brother

Here’s all of the highlights from tonight’s very dramatic Big Brother highlights.

It’s the morning after the rebellion. Nikki spent the night in Big Brother’s spare room. Big Brother gathers the rest of the Housemates on the sofa to punish them for their behaviour last night.

Big Brother tells the Housemates there are severe consequences for rule breaking and instructs them to clean thehouse and return it to its original state.

Marc and Helen are drinking tea and talking about Nikki. Helen says, “She had a panic attack,” as Nikki returns to the house.

Nikki and Brian are in kitchen talking about the other housemates. Nikki says, “I don’t trust Simon. I know she doesn’t like me so he’s just running in between the pair of us. I don’t trust him as far as I can throw him. I’m not a hard b****h that can put up with things.”

Brian says, “[Helen] She’s the ice maiden. That ain’t some normal bird with a big mouth. She’s evil.”

Helen and Marc are in the kitchen talking about Brian and Nikki. Marc says, “They haven’t done anything all this week.” Helen responds, “They’re here for the money. Ungrateful b*****ds.”

Simon has made Helen a cup of tea. She insults his efforts and says, “Always wants a violin, doesn’t he?”

Jack is in the Diary Room talking about Helen and Marc. “They’re very hypocritical. Complete idiots. Simon is so far up their arse it’s embarrassing to watch. He’s a forty six year old man, he’s fake as f**k. I find him so frustrating. The constant reassurance, that’s just a pain in the arse.”

Nikki and Jack are talking about Helen. Nikki says, “At least I know what I’m up against.” Jack responds, “At the end of the day, you’re gone on Friday. You never have to speak to her again.” Nikki says, “I’m not going to let her ruin my last few days. She’s horrid.

She doesn’t like Brian because everyone loves him. She hates me being here. Thank god Brian’s here.”

Brian and Nick are talking about Marc. Brian says, “I leave him aloneâ€ĶI’m just staying away from him. You’ve got one person trying to antagonise you. I get on with everyone else.” Nick says, “We’ll miss you loads.”

Big Brother has gathered the Housemates on the sofa to play a game of “Who’s most likely toâ€Ķ” The Housemates will each read a card and then have to finish the statement with their opinion.

Jack reads a card saying, “The Housemate most likely to put themselves before others is â€Ķ Nikki”.

Helen and Marc stand in agreement. Nikki says sarcastically, “That’s a surprise.”

Helen reasons, “In tasks she can be a bit useless and selfish.” Marc says, “This week I think you and Brian are only here for the money.”

Danny says, “I think all three of them are here for the money.”

Helen says, “That’s so unfair. I really do want to be here. I’m a genuine person.”

Brian says to Helen, “When I’m in your company, around the pair of you, my energy gets so subtracted. I cannot be myself around you. You tag team people. You work in cahoots.”

Helen says, “Everyone in this house knows where they stand with me.” Brian starts to respond but Helen says, “You’re gonna lose it again aren’t you. Look at the aggression in your face.” The Housemates try to calm the situation.

Marc says, “Let’s forget about it and get back to the game.”

The game continues. Nick says, “The Housemate most likely to marry for money isâ€Ķ Helen.”

Everyone cheers. Brian, Jack and Nikki stand up.

Nikki says, “After hearing the comments last night, the first thing that was on Helen’s mind was that I was trying to get a headline. Her thought process is just to get headlines.”

Brian says, “This woman has no principles, morals or self- respect so that’s why I think she’d marry for money.”

Helen says, “Straight jackets in the store room. Psycho.” An argument ensues and the housemates try to calm Brian down.

Helen repeatedly says, “It’s a game. Brian, keep playing into my hands.” Helen continues to shout insults at Brian.

Some of the Housemates are in the living area talking about Helen.

Marc says, “Some things she says, I’m like Helen calm down.”

Brian says, “That was deflammatory, what she said about me.”

Marc responds, “I said to her to stop. That was bad.”

Brian says, “The pair of you have been antagonising me.” Marc responds, “The only problem I have is that you lied twice about me!” It escalates to an argument.

Brian goes to the Diary Room.

Nikki is talking to Chloe about Helen and Marc.

Nikki says, “When we go this week, he’s going to be in a lot of trouble because everyone here is going to hate him.”

Chloe says, “He’s been a lot nicer to meâ€Ķ” Nikki interrupts, “Yeah because he’s starting to worry. He needs people to be on his side.

How they’ve treated Brian this week has just beenâ€Ķ He’s a complete and utter pig.”

Some of the Housemates are in the garden. Nick goes to talk to Brian. Nick says, “[Marc and Helen] put people completely out of context.” Sam says, “It was out of line. Don’t give her what she wants. You just stood up for what you think’s right.”

In the garden, Brian climbs over the fence from the sky room despite Nick trying to stopp him.

Big Brother airs tonight from 10PM on Channel 5.

Day 44: Task - New year, new housemates

Pop the champagne and set off the fireworks, it's New Year's Day! Well, okay, no, it isn't, but for this week's shopping task housemates are living through an entire year in one day. Starting, of course, with 1 January. To celebrate, all our housemates have come up with one thing that they'd like to change about themselves in the coming year. Here are their resolutions:

Marc

Marc's resolution was short and sweet: "To stop screaming real loud during the day when everyone's sleeping, because it upsets people."

Harry

Harry's was a bit more profound: "To stop getting irritated over small things, and getting angry about them and kicking off."

Chloe

Chloe's was pretty sweet: "To be more consistent in my behaviour. Sometimes I'm Jack's best friend and cuddling him and kissing him, and next minute I'm having a go at him and telling him how annoying he is. I should be nicer to him, because he's a good friend to me."

Jack

Jack, meanwhile, just wanted to learn to let go: "To be a bit more carefree in here. I'm learning I like order, but I'm trying to be more carefree and let people do what they want to do. Even with things like the dishes, or in the evening when people get drunk; I'm just going to let people what they want to do."

Nick

Nick's sounds like quite a tough one to keep: "To stop being so pessmistic and self-absorbed, and stop talking about myself all the time. Pessimism can bring the group down, and it also can bring it round to me when people are up for eviction. So I'm going to start being a little less selfish."

Simon

Simon, on the other hand, made a resolution every housemate should probably consider: "To try and get to know some of the group that I would not normally associate or mix with in real life. There's people here I haven't spent much time with in the process, and I would like to spend more time with them. I'm going to stop being this song-and-dance man and be more of a friend."

Cristian

Cristian's wasn't eggsactly serious, we don't think: "To learn to take a joke a little bit more. Most things in here are said lightheartedly, and I can take it to heart and that isn't a good thing to do. On the topic of eggs: I do feel quite personally about eggs because I really like my eggs, but I need to take it more lightly."

Sam

Sam made the most outrageous resolution: "To be more controversial, more decisive, stand up for myself, and not be everyone's cop out." That's them told, then.

Nikki

Nikki's resolution might surprise you: "To try and put more effort into tasks. Because sometimes when I'm hating a task, I just think about how much I hate it and want it to be over. I have to think abuot everyone else who is putting in an effort and do it for the group, really."

Danny

Danny seems to have taken some recent criticism to heart: "To interact with the group during the day a lot more instead of waitng for the night. Rather than just sitting there and going off on my own, have a bit of fun during the day. This'll be better for me because it'll make me more fun and not boring."

Joel

Joel's resolution is less political than you might expect: "To be more considerate. The reason I say that is because I can be quite an insensitive person and I know there are people in the House who can be quite sensitive, so I could be more considerate when giving my honest opinions to them. I think that's fair."

Helen

And finally, Helen's resolution shows she's willing to change - but not too much: "To be more considerate to people in the House who maybe don't want to listen to certain remarks that I make, and try not to make people feel uncomfortable when I'm having arguments. I need to bear in mind that other people are sat around who might not like what I'm saying."

Will they manage to keep their resolutions, even for a day? We have our doubts about some of them.

Day 44: Love is in the air - it must be Valentine's Day

Love is in the air and, as part of today's shopping task, the housemates were asked to pick who they think is the most attractive amongst them. Well who'd have thunk it, they picked Cristian.

He then had to pick the four people he finds most attractive - Chloe, Danny, Simon and Sam it seems. These guys were then called to the garden for a speed dating session.

It wasn't just for Cristian's pleasure though - he'll be getting quizzed on their answers by Big Brother later.

If he remembers enough, he'll be on his way to helping win the task.
