It looks like they are going for under 30 again this year.
There looks to be a few people there who are at least 30, but generally speaking you are always going to get more younger people applying. They are less likely to have commitments that would dissuade then from applying.
Off to a shaky start I'd say...
I am really really happy to say that this year Ickle is NOT applying

They all look young hope there are some older people in it this year ..over 30 years old
