Wouldn't surprise me at all: BB have a very skewed attitude towards their "Duty of Care" with the HMs. When a HM gets picked on, they treat the situation with kid gloves and expect the HMs to sort it out amongst themselves. However when the audience get upset about a HM getting picked on, they appear to go out of their way to warn those responsible...
