My dad used to get jankers in the army all the time.  His punishment was to paint rocks etc.  He'd purposely get into trouble because painting was more enjoyable than standing guard 

I suppose the key question - particularly with Mr Teamplayer Conor  - is: do the other HMs know that unpunished rulebreaks will fail the task?

Why do they always forgive and make excuses for Conor's rule breaking,  they seem to just laugh along with him, including Lauren.

Shes eaten alot of roly poly in her time.

I think when it's about lambs it's spelt gambol.  Gambolling, i.e frolicking.

TBF, the key word there is "could". She's right too: it could be his last task, so that could actually be considered a perceptive comment.

One of the biggest problems potentially for the wardens is HMs thinking they won't be around when the food arrives and therefore don't care about the task.
