The argument - this helps explain things - Martha was claiming she heard nothing but told LILY that HANNAH heard it, basically dropping Hannah in it and forcing her to come clean at Lily's expense.
There was no need to do that to Hannah or Lily - bit of stirring from Martha there

I think head of house has to choose four to be up...it will be their decision alone...2 to be evicted and yes...a possible back door one on the spot.....so it will all be down to who gets head of the house.

My view is that ALI is attracted to men but finds them boring, she's intrigued by women who are more fascinating to her but not fully attracted to them - hence her quandary
