Normally if a HM is already up via the HM nominations, the next up in the viewers hitlist is nominated, but they haven't replaced Tomasz this time...

No - at least not going by what Emma said on Friday. The bottom three HMs in the Viewers' Nominations were meant to be up, and they were Tomasz, Sian and Brooke.
