I think BB's drawing attention to it to explain why Lewis is up, and because the other HMs don't know (yet?) that it was Hussain who bought the box in the auction...

Just thought, Lewis if evicted, will be a nightmare for Emma and Rylan, mind you Lewis will love all the attention and be on his best behaviour.
