I have never understood the need to have a letter from home
nor me - find it totally annoying
The BB concept has been crucified to death. I hate letters' episode, it's so cringey. Why do they cater to Chloe so much? arrrgggghhhh.

I've never really understood it either. The only thing I'd be concerned about is if something happened to a family member while I was in there, and I'd expect BB to let me know anyway if it did...
