Didn't they have a bit of time when Biannca was being evicted? Presumably they would have had to discuss after Kim went off to the clinic?

Something about Chris feeling resentful of Bianca [that was the reason he disliked her]  because he felt Bianca was taking Helen away from him, after he'd just got closer to her?

But equally they would have had to have time to speak to BB?
